You can pay for your trip in five installments or all at once. It's important to keep up with the payments you owe, when you make a payment we'll book activities and hotels on your behalf. Be sure to let us know if you anticipate making a late payment so that we can hold onto your spot. Sign-ups for the trip will be open until it is full; if you're joining late, just pay your deposit to confirm your spot and catch up with the remaining payments later.

Step 1. Review details

Ensure the dates and trip price work for you. If you have any questions please schedule a call with our team. Once you are ready to book that dream vacay go ahead and pay your deposit! Please note spots are open on a rolling basis until the trip is sold out. We highly suggest securing your spot on the trip by paying your deposit promptly.

Step 2. Pay deposit

Once your trip is confirmed, you will gain access to your trip group chat where you can meet & connect with the other travelers and coordinate flights. You will receive monthly payment reminders and updates leading up to departure with everything you need from a finalized itinerary to travel guides, a packing list and more!

Step 3. Pack your bags!

Arrive and get ready for an adventure! Our suggestion would be to look for arrival time in the early afternoon as check in starts at 2pm. If you arrive early, you will have more time to settle into your hotel and explore while getting adjusted to your new surroundings! Our welcome dinner starts in the evening at 8pm, this is where our official introduction begins!

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • What airport should we arrive in?

    Your international flight will arrive at Kotoka International Airport (IATA: ACC, ICAO: DGAA). Need help finding the right flight to Bali? - Email info@oremitravels.com and we will help you find the best flight, please be sure to send the state/country of departure and all necessary information.

  • What visas and vaccinations are required for travel to Ghana?

    To visit Ghana, you must obtain a visa from one of the Ghanaian diplomatic missions unless you come from one of the countries or territories that are either visa-exempt or whose citizens may obtain a visa on arrival. All visitors to Ghana are also required to show their yellow fever vaccination certificate on arrival. If you haven't got one, you will need to get a vaccination at the airport and pay a surcharge so it's best to get your vaccination prior to arrival.

  • What's the weather like in February?

    February Weather in Accra Ghana. Daily high temperatures are around 90°F, rarely falling below 31°C (88°F) or exceeding 33°C (93°F). Daily low temperatures are around 26°C (78°F).

  • How much free time do I get?

    The itinerary offers some free time in the afternoons/evenings, so you can relax, go out exploring, or go shopping. All activities are optional, so feel free to skip something if you would like to have extra downtime!

  • What time is check in and check out?

    Check in starts at 2pm on October 29th and check out is at 10am on November 4th

  • What is the single occupancy fee?

    If you would prefer to have your own room there is an additional one time fee of $1000 

  • Can I come alone or bring a friend?

    Yes, you definitely can come with a friend or even a spouse or partner. With Oremi travels you can come with a friend or come solo and make new friends along the way. 

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    Yes! At Oremi travels we are very accommodating. We understand your plans may change abruptly. Should you inform us before September 15 2022, we will refund your payment, keeping only your deposit which is used to secure the accommodation and is non-refundable. 

  • What about COVID?

    Great question. While COVID continues to remain top of mind for many, travel can still be conducted safely. That said, our travellers' safety is a priority and we continue to monitor the travel restrictions and requirements as well as adhere to health regulations. We will never go on a trip if it poses a health risk for our travellers. If a trip cannot happen, it will be postponed to a future, more suitable date with all your investments intact.
